Delivery

We offer Free First Class UK Delivery and we aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 days of receiving your order. Made to order items may take a little longer, but I will always let you know when you can expect your delivery. If you need an item quickly or sending out for a particular date, just contact me at contact@heartandmettle.co.uk and I will try my very best to get your items delivered as quickly as possible, or delivered on time for a special date.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love the jewellery you receive from us, but if for any reason you change your mind about a purchase you can return it to us for an
exchange or full refund.
To be eligible for a return please contact us at contact@heartandmettle.co.uk within 14 days of the date you receive the product.

Your item should be returned to us in the same condition as you received it, unworn and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Please return your item within 14 days of requesting your return.
Please obtain Proof of Postage (free from your Post Office) and once we receive your returned item we will exchange it or offer a full refund based upon the original payment method. (Choice between exchange or full refund is completely yours.)

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings.
Specially requested made-to-order handmade items are also not returnable.

Damaged & Faulty Items
​
We are proud of our jewellery and its quality, but unfortunately, sometimes things are damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged or faulty in any way, you can, of course return it to us for an exchange or full refund.

Please contact us at contact@heartandmettle.co.uk to arrange a return. If you would like a refund please do this within 30 days of the date you received the product.
